You agree not to use Smartify Expense, directly or indirectly, to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Submit fraudulent expenses or knowingly falsify receipts, mileage, or per-diems.
Upload malware, viruses, or any content that could compromise the Service.
Attempt to access data belonging to another tenant, probe, scan, or stress-test the Service without written permission.
Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the Service.
Use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
Send unsolicited communications using Smartify infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy and may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
