Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA)

Smartify Expense respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your rights, submit a notice that includes:

1. Your contact details and physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work claimed to be infringed.
3. The URL or sufficient detail to locate the allegedly infringing material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Send notices to ip@smartify.sbs. We may forward your notice to the user who posted the content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent detail and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
