Refund Policy

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused full months if cancelled within the first 30 days of the term. After 30 days the annual fee is non-refundable.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise terms are governed by the signed order form.

Add-ons and overages

Usage-based charges (e.g. extra OCR scans, additional seats) are non-refundable once consumed.

How to request a refund

Email billing@smartify.sbs from the workspace owner account. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
