Anti-Spam Policy
Smartify Expense has zero tolerance for spam. Notifications generated by the Service (approval requests, status updates, exports) are transactional and tied to actions you or your colleagues take in the product.
Marketing communications
We email customers and prospects only where there is a lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, or existing customer relationship). Every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your obligations
If you connect Smartify to messaging integrations (e.g. Slack, email), you must comply with applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the UAE TDRA regulations. You must not use Smartify infrastructure to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Report spam originating from Smartify to abuse@smartify.sbs.
